| Next Meeting Tuesday, August 5th 2008 @ 7 pm Crappy's Sports Pub 441 E.Main St. Galesburg - 309-344-8193 The draw for launch postions for the Sunday, August 10th Mississippi River - Pool 19 tournament will be held at this meeting. The tournament will launch out of the Dallas City public ramp @ 5:30 am. Tournament Committee Appointment Geoff Weech will replace Richard Kucharz on the tournament committee. IHSA Board Approves Bass Fishing Terms The Illinois High School Association Board of Directors at its meeting on Monday, June 9th 2008 approved the terms & conditions for the new Bass Fishing State Series to be inaugurated during the 2008 - 2009 term. Sectionals in the series will be held on Friday, April 24th 2009, with the state final being held on Friday and Saturday, May 8th & 9th 2009. Sites for the event have not yet been determined. |
